Allied Technologies is committed to delivering high-quality website design and app development services to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the procedures for requesting a refund. This policy is designed to protect our interests and ensure clarity and fairness for our clients.


Revision Policy

Depending on your chosen package, we offer revisions. As long as the design and concept stay the same, customers can ask for two free revisions without any additional charge. There is a 48-hour revision turnaround time.


Refund Policy

No deposit shall be subject to reversal after delivery if the design concepts are approved, or if a change is requested unless Allied Technologies terminates the Contract due to your breach or non-performance.

The following arrangement will apply to all refund requests.

Initial Concepts Presentation:

You request a website design and development, logo, graphic design, social media management, paid marketing, app development, and more when you are presented with the initial concepts.

Once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer automatically ceases to exist, and refund requests will not be processed.

Refund Eligibility:

A complete refund (less than a 10% service and processing fee) will be granted if the request for a refund is made within 72 hours before the delivery of the initial concepts.

A refund request made within 48 hours of delivery will result in a 60% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee). The refund request must be submitted within 96 hours (less a 10% service and processing fee) of the original design delivery. In the event of a refund request after 24 hours of delivery of your design, we will be unable to accommodate it. However, because we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you're encouraged to get in touch with us.

Final Approval and Delivery:

Once the final deliverables have been approved by the client and delivered, no refund will be issued.

Approval of final deliverables indicates that the client is satisfied with the work, and Allied Technologies will not be liable for any refund requests post-approval.

Scope of Work Changes:

Allied Technologies is not liable for any timeframe constraints if there are changes in the scope of work.

Completion of Services:

Once the website development, social media marketing, PPC, or any other process you have chosen has been completed or once the website has gone live, there will be no refund for packages. For video animation packages, the storyboard will be designed after any refund requests have been rejected.

Custom Packages:

Refunds on custom packages are also subject to the same conditions as individual packages.

Valid Reasons and Feedback:

Refund requests must be backed up by valid reasons and customer feedback on revisions. Refunds will not be given unless a concept does not contain the requirements of the brief. However, further revisions will be offered until the client is satisfied.

Good Faith Requirement:

Good faith is required for a money-back guarantee. A refund request will be declined if a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job to claim a refund.

Customer Involvement:

To achieve the desired results, design jobs require customer feedback before they are finalized. It is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback.

Unique Design Guarantee:

Our 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a redraw if our designed logo is found to be very similar to an existing logo design. Similarity in design will be purely coincidental, and Allied Technologies specifically disclaims responsibility or any compensation claim in such a case. Artwork must be copyrighted by the client.

To claim your refund, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Contact Us:

    Request a refund by contacting us either by phone at 1-800-936-0755 or email at info@alliedtechnologies.org.

  • 2. Approval Process:

    You will receive an email approval from our refund department if your concern can be resolved through our revision policy.

  • 3. Transfer of Rights:

    After Allied Technologies returns your money, the design rights are obtained by the company, and you cannot display the design in any format.

    You agree not to make any use of or ownership interest in any response, content, work product, or media in any way (directly or indirectly) after transferring all design rights to the company. Allied Technologies will share Copyright Acquisition information with Government Copyright Agencies for refunded designs to restrict their re-use as original designs in the future.
